But Mac & cheese is the easy one most kids will eat. And fruit for both adults and kids.

If you have foods that both the adults and kids love, why don't you just serve that?

The problem with kid food is that it's usually good and adults want it too. I try to avoid this by making the kid food very obviously kid food.
