The largest church in DC is the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. http://www.nationalshrine.com It is one of the 10th largest churches in the world.

I'm thinking it's McLean Bible. I read that they have a weekly attendance of 13K. I live in PG and the biggest one I can think of -- although I'm sure there are bigger, is Reid Temple AME on Route 193 in Glenn Dale,which has about 7500 people. Evangel Church is also a biggie.
