The best way, which is not entirely legal, is to clone the phone. It's not hard to do (google it). Whatever you find is not admissible but that's not the point - yet.

When there is suspicion and evidence of an affair, then openness and transparency are already out the window and you are dealing with lying, deceiving, manipulating, cheating behavior. Marriages don't thrive on one person being open and honest when the other is void of moral character. In those cases the cheater just takes advantage of the openness and honesty and uses it to gaslight and manipulate the honest spouse.

When there is suspicion and evidence of an affair, then openness and transparency are already out the window and you are dealing with lying, deceiving, manipulating, cheating behavior. It is pretty hard to monitor work phones.
What you can do if you are pretty sure she is having an affair and just need the evidence is to hide a Voice Activated Recorder (VAR) in the house/her car. that way if she is talking to him while driving or from the house when you aren't there you might get evidence. If she is talking to him only from work on her work phone, I don't know how you would monitor that.
You might want to post on the Just Found Our board over at www.survivinginfidelity.com. You can post the behaviors that are making you suspicious and get good advice on what are real red flags and what might not be, and ideas for how to proceed.
Does she know you are concerned she is having an affair?

DW has a work issued phone. I suspect an affair and want to know about her incoming and outgoing calls. Can you tell me how to do this without getting caught? Thanks
