I fully realize that All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey mentions Christmas, but it's super bouncy and dorky and only blandly Christmasy in the corporate friendly (and not at all religious) way. But you know your friend better,

12:55... oops... just realized it wasn't supposed to reference Christmas explicitly.

I've got nothing.

Is it okay to mention Christmas? My Jewish office mate likes the secular ones as well.

Silver Bells
White Christmas
I'll Be Home for Christmas
Blue Christmas
Baby It's Cold Outside
All I Want for Christmas (Mariah version)

I'm a big Christmas Carol lover (listening to them now). Just spoke with a Jewish friend of mine, and came away from that conversation thinking I'd love to make and give him a CD with secular carols. It's tricky--the songs I'm looking for aren't religious, or about Santa. That leaves winter songs, I think…don't get bah-humbug-y about this, folks; I just want to cheer him up. Let's spread some holiday cheer!

So far I've got:

(There's No Place Like) Home for the Holidays (Perry Como)

Sleigh Ride (Johnny Mathis)

Let it Snow! (Dean Martin)

Jingle Bells (Jim Reeves)

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year (Andy Williams)

Frosty the Snowman (Gene Autry)

Linus & Lucy (Vince Guaraldi Trio) (the Peanuts Theme)

My Favorite Things (Sound of Music song)

What else?
