Meant to say lamb, chicken or beef kabobs.

(Bummer about the pork shoulder, but thank goodness you know ahead of time!)

My husband made a roasted pork shoulder last night for a party we are having tonight and it came out awful. Too salty for even a horse. Does anyone have a suggestion for a place we can buy a pre-made buffet-type meat dish for the party? Doesn't matter what kind of meat. We're in MoCo, if that helps for store location. TIA!
