DH (Filipino) and I are originally from MoCo and living here again. We just had our first kid, need to move in a couple months and would like to buy our first home. Where can we go (preferably in MD or DC) where there are a significant number of Filipinos? I hear Fort Washington, but DH works in Howard Co, so that feels far.

It's not like it's necessary, but it would be a bonus for us.
