They'd be lost without you too. If people refused to pay the ever increasing fees that are way above what people with insurance get, they would no longer be in business.

I agree-for school ones that are good, but not to private therapists.

Do you give gifts to your private pay PT/OT/tutors etc...? I'm not sure what to do this year for PT/OT/Speech/tutor--all of which we pay out of pocket.
