During the 2010 World Cup, ESPN showed a fabulous series of short documentaries called "I Scored A Goal In the World Cup Final", which featured interviews with the not very many men (surviving) to have done so. Our whole family loved it, and our two soccer players were especially riveted. I'm not sure if it's available as a DVD (I know you can get ESPN's also great series "30 For 30" there), but if you can find it, it would be a great gift. If he's a serious player, you could also look at some of the training equipment from Kwik Goal and Nike Sparq--they offer speed/agility training equipment and rebounders that our kids have found useful for working on their own. Most of it is kind of pricey though, and you've already put together a very generous gift package. Long sleeved Under Armour undershirts in colors that match the uniform are always nice as well.
