Most of it is kind of pricey though, and you've already put together a very generous gift package. Long sleeved Under Armour undershirts in colors that match the uniform are always nice as well.

I have soccer player kids. these kids play year around now.

Underarmour compression shirt and shorts or longer "tights" - black or white for playing in colder weather.

gloves to wear.

soccer slides to wear after the game.

Go to soccer.com for ideas. If he's a fan of European club teams you can get gear and stuff from them. My DC had flags, pencil cases, etc from various Premier League teams. Kids always need new soccer socks as they get super dirty and you need several pairs a week for practices.

That being said, if the kid is involved in soccer he's probably got tons of team stuff already. Mine has backpacks, bags, jackets, practice jerseys, and piles of uniforms from the various teams he's been on. He got to the point where he didn't really want more soccer stuff. Other than the expensive cleats of course, as a PP pointed out. I think his last pair were at least $225.

Since the kid is already a teenage, order a pair of custom shoes, costs maybe $250. Then take back all that other stuff!

Water bottle?
Soccer-themed notebooks, pencils, erasers or other little items (I have girls, these are always good little extras for them, not so sure if it's the same with boys)

I'm planning to give my nephew a soccer themed gift basket for the holidays. I already have a soccer calendar, official FIFA replica 2014 World Cup Ball, and an Adidas DC United Tshirt. Besides the obvious jersey shirts, cleats, socks and shinguard's what else can you think of? I'd like to add a few more things.
