I am so proud of you OP!!! I had NO idea what a struggle weight loss was until I had 50 lbs of baby weight to loose! It was by far the most challenging thing I have ever done and have so much respect and admiration for anyone that looses weight!! Enjoy the new you!!!!

Nice to hear! My DW is down about the same amount - she had gained weight due to thyroid cancer. Keep up the good work!

I feel really weird mentioning this in real life, but I feel like anonymously on the internet is the place to gloat it a little bit. I lost 38 lbs this year!! I haven't weighed myself since January, and figured the number was closer to 25. This morning I weighed myself for the first time in 11 months, and I'm down 38 lbs!!

I'm not a yo-yo person, so this is a huge accomplishment for me. I did it while not restricting ANYTHING, but working out and keeping all things in moderation. I'd like to lose maybe another 10, but I'm ecstatic!
