There are 2 different measuring scales. Yours is a different scale than the prior posters.

Have you had your vitamin D checked? I believe low vitamin D levels can correlate with low AMH in situations like yours where the other numbers are normal. If you're on the low end, a relatively high daily dose of D3 may be called for (3,000 - 5,000 mg).

You can still get pregnant with that AMH, but as you are funding out, it can take awhile. I was a bit older than you, and my AMH was .30. I got pregnant (and carried to term) 6 months later.
I got pregnant (after trying on my own for a year) via natural cycle IVF when my AMH tested at <.01. It's definitely possible. Don't write it off yet. The fact that you already have a child is also a good sign.

You are young with a kid. Your numbers are good except for AMH. I had similar numbers (amh of 0.79, otherwise good) and got pregnant with #2 at 40 using IUI. I wouldnt be too worried.

Hi friends:

My (ever-helpful) OB's office left a vm for me today saying that my day 3 bloodwork came back with some abnormalities, and I could use some advice going forward. We're TTC #2 (9 months), and I've had a series of hormonal issues after the birth of my daughter (hyperprolactinemia -- now resolved, short LP/luteal phase spotting, etc.). I'm 29, DH is 33; we conceived our first on the first try (although I had been off the OCPs for 2 years -- had a copper IUD). However, after 9 months of no luck and persistent spotting that didn't resolve when the hyperprolactinemia went away, I went back to my OB for more tests. Ironically, despite her protestations that she was sure nothing would come back abnormally...here we are: my day 21 P4 level was 3.54, which she says indicates I may not have ovulated last cycle (though I may have, just not on day 14, I suppose, since AF showed up 2 days after the test), and while my LH (3.6), FSH (3.6), estradiol (54.27), and TSH (1.3) were all normal, my AMH levels came back at 0.81 -- which I understand is quite low, particularly for someone my age. The nurse also said that my day 5 ultrasound showed "lots of follicles, which could indicate PCOS," though I have no other indicia (save a bit of acne). My cycles have always been short (24-26 days), but we've never figured out a satisfactory explanation. I wasn't able to speak with my doctor, but the nurse's VM simply said, "oh, so, she wants you to just keep trying for a while longer and 'come back if any of these things continue.'" Aside from railing against the unhelpfulness of my OB's nurse (although please do, it would make me feel better), any thoughts on where we might go from here? Success with these kinds of numbers? If so, with what kind of treatment? AMH numbers this bad this young? I understand that my poor AMH results may limit our options. This news came as an unpleasant surprise -- although we suspected it was possible I wasn't ovulating "well enough" and that was causing the LP issues, DOR/etc were never things that were on our radar.
