Not at all. She happened to die on the same day as someone wildly more famous than she was. The media attention was naturally skewed toward the more famous one, so there was little public reflection on her public image and impact as a result. Just kind of unfortunate for her. I bet most people barely realized she had passed away that day.

Agree with your last comment. Could she have been saved if she had decided to have surgery early on even if it meant she would have to wear a poop bag for the rest of her life?
