Subject: Do I need to refrigerate my stuffing before dinner?
I'd leave it on calendar, but I'm leave all kinds of things out of the fridge that people would disagree with. No illness yet.

Subject: Do I need to refrigerate my stuffing before dinner?
I just pulled it out of the oven so that I can have the oven free for the turkey. We plan to eat at 5:30. It doesn't have meat in it. Do I need to cool it, refrigerate it and heat it up or can I leave it on the counter for 4.5 hours? Thanks!
