Subject: Does anyone have a good corn soufflé recipe?
1 can of creamed corn
1 can of regular corn, drained
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all, pour in dish, bake an hour at 375. It's perfection and couldn't be easier.
