I also never put eggs in a bread stuffing. But if you like something that's quasi-creamy or souffle-ish, then you do want an egg recipe.

I make a recipe from Cook's Country called "Homemade Stuffing Mix." It comes together on the stovetop and is more like "Stovetop Stuffing." It's not baked and it doesn't use an egg.

All the cornbread dressing recipes I see call for an egg or two to bind the dressing together. Well, I just used up the last of the eggs for something else and am not going back to the store for the third time today! Any ideas on whether it will work without it?
