Well a lot of your "former coworkers " post. Since there are so many crappy daycares in Arlington I'm not sure holding out that you used to approve them is great advertisement

I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean, but no I do not. I have been so lucky to have the same group of wonderful families going on a year now.

My name is Elizabeth and I run a state licensed FDC in Falls Church, near the intersection of 50 and Annandale Rd. I opened the daycare about 3 years ago. Prior too I was a Child Care Specialist with Arlington County, meaning I licensed and monitored FDC and Preschools in the county. Prior to that I was an Assistant Director/Lead Teacher at a local preschool. I can provide wonderful references from current and/or previous parents if you'd like.

In my FDC we speak Spanish to the children (I am fully bilingual), I cook only homemade and organic meals for them and we go outside daily. We have plenty of developmentally appropriate toys for the children to work with. The daycare consists of 2 rooms on the main floor of my home. Both rooms have huge windows and we get lots of light plus the children get to look outside. They love watching the birds and dogs, seeing the mail man or my neighbors walking their dogs. Infants are in one room and toddlers in another so each age group is free to play without restriction. Infants are not confined. We also have a sunroom that is used daily for messy activities or for ride on toys.

My hours are M-F from 7:30 - 5:30 and I charge $335 per week. If you'd like to speak further please feel free to give me a call at:

703-663-8173.

Thanks so much for looking!
Elizabeth
