Last night we had lasagna that I made over the weekend. Tonight we're having pulled pork sandwiches -- pork is frozen from a month ago. Were supposed to have house guests and this is any easy scale up/down meal. They've canceled, but we're having it anyway.
Friday it will be pizza, and Saturday Tday leftovers.

Yesterday we had pork chops and homemade mac and cheese with a salad.
Today we had baked potatoes with hamburger patties and the rest of the salad.
Tomorrow we're having hot dogs and homemade chili. I will freeze the leftover chili.
