For people reading this that aren't sure, an umbrella policy is SEPARATE and IN ADDITION TO your auto insurance policy.

Agree on umbrella policy, too. Don't remember limits associated with it, but def higher than what you would prob do on your own.

Def get an umbrella policy- we have 3 million in coverage. Its good piece of mind.

Personally I would get an umbrella policy, which probably means you need at least 300/300, or 500/500.

We've had the same policy for many years. I'm looking at the renewal and the amounts just don't seem as big as they did 12 yrs. ago. I'm wondering if we should be increasing our coverage. We have 100K/300K/100K. for parts A and C (liability and uninsured motorists).
