You can make your dressing and put it in the baking dish and refrigerate overnight, but take it out about an hour before baking (if in a glass dish), so it won't break from the heat in the pre-heated oven. Same for the sweet potato casserole. Best to you!

I'm still a novice.

What can I start making today and tomorrow?

- Pies
- Dinner Rolls?
- Cranberry Sauce?


Anything Else from my menu timeline that can be moved up?


Thanksgiving Morning -
- Sweet Potatoes
- Mashed Potatoes
- Rice & Pigeon Peas (Puerto Rican dish for DH's family)
- Stuffing/Dressing

Then the Turkey

Just before serving-
- Asparagus
- Gravy
