I am a former patient of David Sable who used to be at St. Barnabas (NJ) and had a regularly updated blog back in the late 90s/early 2000s.

He left his practice and went into investments -- but he recently started blogging about IVF again. Personally I found his (old) blogposts quite educational as well as comforting.
