On a side note, I started regularly exercising 3 years ago and lost 40lbs. I have not been sick since. I cannot seem to get sick, no matter what. I strongly think it has to do with choosing an healthy lifestyle. I also have a primarily plant based diet. I eat Vegan two full days a week.
