In my neighborhood in the BCC district 5,000 sq. foot lots are going for over a million so I think this is a large lot comparatively speaking.
Agree. 10,000 sq ft is a huge lot inside the Beltway in Bethesda.
Our "lot" was nearly $700k.
My lot is 8800 sq ft inside the beltway in Bethesda and I will tell you it's small. There is about 16 feet between houses on each side, which is not very much - it's basically 8 feet from the lot line. Our lot is smaller than many so a 10,000 sq ft lot is not huge, even in Bethesda.
