Try to mix it with a little cream cheese, use on a cracker. See if the cheese helps balance it out a bit.

It's sweeter than relish (or at least the relish that I make). This recipe sounds yummy though, I'll try it!

Is it similar to cranberry relish? If so, a variation of cranberry stuffed french toast using italian bread. I think the recipe is on epicurious.com. Basically soak the thick slices of toast in eggnog/egg mixture, and stuff the slit bread with the relish.

We opened this recently and decided we don't really like it on toast. Any ideas for other ways to use up a pint jar of this?
