I've been lifting for the last 6 months with a trainer but can't really justify the cost anymore. I'd like to find a workout partner for motivation and to be a spotter. I live in ARL and would like to meet at a nearby gym (no real preference) 2-3 days a week for about an hour. My work/family schedule fluctuates a bit but typically I could workout at 6am or 8pm.
I know this is a bit non traditional but I'm a perfectly normal married woman in her 40s
