Does he want personal traing sessions? You can't force a person to do something if they're not ready.

I am looking at getting a few sessions for my brother, who is quite overweight.
I did a seach on here and found a lot of ones for DC, but not many for MD.
The ones I did find include:
SureFit
Bethesda Fitness
Great Results Personal Training
Anyone use any of these?
