Thanks for some of the other ideas that I forgot to mention.

Some of these ideas require quite a bit of time. So some only apply to those that are retired or working part time.

Self pampering. Massages, facials, spa days... Plastic surgery.

More assistance. Yard work and landscaping, housekeeper, personal assistant, chef, nanny consultants

Charity.

Also art.

I buy whatever I want at the grocery store - like organic berries out of season, nice cheeses from the cheese shop, fresh fish from Black Salt.

Lessons! Language, music, art, horseback riding... I could think of a million things I'd want to learn.

Clothes, travel, massages, hobbies, pied a terre in some other city.
