The Public Library.

You can borrow DVD's, read best sellers as well as read the latest issues of many popular magazines ALL free of charge. Doesn't get any better than that.

And I hate to say it, but stay away from Starbucks. Brew at home and/or drink the free coffee at work.

True, true, true. Didn't do the math, but that's got to be at least $1k a year right there. Jesus Christ. And I like my coffee I make at home better. I mean, I will go in for a Peppermint Mocha maybe 3-4 times over the holiday season, but that's it.

Hydrogen peroxide and Dawn get out every stain on any piece of clothing.

Rinse your hair in vinegar to get out styling residue and make it shiny and soft.

Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda make a good teeth whitener.

Like a PP said, vinegar cleans everything.

Good as new.

I don't use paper towels anymore! I use cloth towels and rags instead.

Water, white vinegar and a dash of dawn mixed into spray bottles clean my entire house. This includes hard wood, granite, tile, porcelain and glass. I cut up receiving blankets as my rags.

No cable. Netflix, Amazon Primetime or something else.

Make home lunches for work.

Walk or take public transportation more often.

Keep the thermometer low in the winter and higher in the summer.

Cut out your landline phone.

Change cell phone data plan to a less expensive plan.

Dry clothes outdoors when possible.

Take shorter showers.
