Whole foods has good fresh tortillas they shipinfromNew Mexico. Some of the stores like P St in DC also have a tortilla maker onsite sometimes making fresh tortillas. Guapos in Clarendon also makes tortillas in house with a tortilla maker in the front of the restaurant.
