Otherwise, I prefer Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. The recipes are short, but reasonably tasty, and perfect for cooking if you are pressed for time, as many working parents are.
I personally find Moosewood to be very bland. I have to double the spices and up the salt with most recipes.
