When i'm dieting I eat an egg white omelet with crumbled turkey sausage and cheese inside. Filling and very low in calories and high in protein.

Cold pizza for breakfast, warm coke to wash it down.

Two eggs with a couple slices of cheese scrambled into it. Microwave two tortillas while they're cooking. Add salt and pepper and salsa if you have it.

Greek yogurt with granola
If you do oats, make them with milk for more protein.
Peanut butter (or another nut butter), either on toast or on apple slices
protein smoothies? I'm a bit leery of protein powders, but if you can find one you like and trust, you might be able to do the prep work at night and then blend in the AM.
Google paleo protein bars and see if anything appeals to you.

Dinner leftovers

Right now my son is on a hot dog for breakfast kick. I pan fry the applegate all-beef, grass-fed hot dogs for a few minutes and he has that followed by buttered toast.

I make overnight oats just about everynight. You can google the recipe from Yummy Life.

What are some breakfast foods that are higher in protein?
I'm always very hungry first thing in the morning and gravitate towards high carb foods because they're filling and quick and easy. The challenge is that I don't like breakfast meats and can't stomach eggs in the morning. Any ideas?
