Agree. My sons daycare had a no kissing rule, but I did see the caregivers give young children kisses on the forehead or cheek. I'm fine with that. I think it changes once they are in school. My children are now in a private school. I would be shocked to see a first grade teacher kiss a child - not horrified, just shocked. However, I wouldn't be shocked to see my sons PK teacher give him a kiss. Children (and parents) expect affection from Caregivers more than teachers. PK still fall into caregivers category since children still need a lot of assistance.
