Agree with this. It sounds like English isn't your first language so is there someone who may be able to assist you with calling them? I'd hate for your child to have to wait for an appointment because of miscommunication or misunderstanding. And I don't mean that in a mean way. We are currently living abroad and our Spanish probably is similar to your level of English. We've had to enlist the help of some native speaker friends when dealing with some things that are very important.
