-Ice Cream with a yummy toppings (think sprinkles, chocolate chips, caramel and fudge sauce).

Big salad bar set up with good breads and cheeses etc. Chicken strips, beans, all the veggies and toppings. Maybe a salad with grains on the side and a big fruit salad.

Lots and lots of diet coke.

Pasta dinner! A bunch of spaghetti & meatballs, home cooked gravy (or butter, Parmesan cheese, basil for those who don't like gravy on their pasta), salad & some garlic bread! Pretty enexpensive and easy to make in large quantities.

I was gonna say tell them they look like they are putting on a little weight and get them one $5 foot long to share... But I guess this isn't the time for jokes

Something with choices like if you do tacos, do a taco bar where they can fix it themselves.

Taco and nachos with lots of fixings.

Pizza and salad.

I should have mentioned, home cooked. Though I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to pizza.
