no place is a fit for every child - but I know they lose some periodically for future school planing, finances (a lot more expensive than years ago and not as much FA available as at some schools), special needs.

I'm also very surprised. (We're a very satisfied FCS family.) I know that last spring, no applicants for my child's grade were even evaluated for possible admission because no slots were opening-- meaning no attrition at that grade.

What was the reason for pulling them out? I am surprised by this.

I know of three families that have pulled their kids out this year.

My dd went there for K and we loved it. A friend's kids both attended for years and they loved it (youngest aged out 2 years ago). Agree with pp, but from what I know, they remain great.

it's has been changing rapidly academically the last few years so get feedback from a recent parent. We moved and I have an LD kid but was very very pleased with our experience there. I'd send friends there and I would go back.

I have heard very good things about this school. Any current parents that can speak to the curriculum? Is it academically challenging? I have heard mixed feedback.
