looking to buy my parents one. both avid runners/walkers but this is the first year they are getting sensitive to the cold aren't getting out as much and I want them to keep up with their walking and running.

any suggestions? 500-2k max. saw some nordictracks for around 700 but want to hear from others as to what is thte pricing sweetspot in the treadmill market between cost and quality.
