Just did this Turkish recipe - was great. Make regular lentils with a bunch of stock and some hot pepper (and salt and pepper), then use about 2 TBSP of dried mint in about 2TBSP of butter and 2 tbsp. of olive oil and add it in on the top. There was like also an 8 oz can of tomato puree. Different and super tasty (and healthy given that butter is spread over a lot of soup).
