- black coffee and tea. Do not drink calories.

- suck in abs all the time.

- food only passes your lips 5 times a day. No excessive snacking.

- don't eat standing up. I.e. no quickly grabbing a handful of something while passing by the cabinet. Sit at the table and eat. If you get up you're done.

-Instead of salad dressing top salads with highly seasoned grilled chicken breast. Eat the greens with a bite of the chicken. This works with salmon and veggie burgers too.

- I find sparkling water a bit more filling. Don't know if this is real or just my brain being tricked.

I try to follow this. I'm not always perfect especially on the snacking and standing up while eating. It s a work in progress.

You don't have little kids, do you? If I had to be for every time I have to hop up (forgotten fork, need a new napkin, need a new glass of milk), I think I'd be a miserable starving wretch.

It would be nice if they introduced a "skinny" version of this like they did for the cinnamon dulce and vanilla. I'm the skinny vanilla poster. And I love Starbucks.

same here but also do it with sugar free vanilla and sugar free caramel. Sometimes will just put in skim milk and sprinkle the top with cinnamon and vanilla. But I do this because I like flavored iced coffees that aren't super sweet more than lattes.

Is there sugar-free hazelnut?

Yes, my favorite. I'll also get just one pump of a regular syrup (they have gingerbread now and one pump is amazing with blonde roast and skim).

Throw up whatever you eat. Enjoy it twice for less calories (satire ).

I just get regular coffee. Then I use Splenda *gasp* and half and half *double gasp.*

BTW, I'm not skinny.
