I try to follow this. I'm not always perfect especially on the snacking and standing up while eating. It s a work in progress.

same here but also do it with sugar free vanilla and sugar free caramel. Sometimes will just put in skim milk and sprinkle the top with cinnamon and vanilla. But I do this because I like flavored iced coffees that aren't super sweet more than lattes.
Is there sugar-free hazelnut?
