Much of it depends on the type of flooring you get...prices can range from $1 per square foot and up. Also need to include labor. carpet is least expensive and does warm up a basement. Engineered flooring that looks like hardwood - and now tiles (which i think look great - I have never liked engineered flooring that is fake hardwood.) Is a little more expensive to install but also starts at $1 or so a square foot. Trim shouldnt be too expenisve - $500 ish for everything - hardest thing will be to find someone to do the work!
