I would call 911. Completely unacceptable. If he dared to do that with that child, he probably does it with yours too.

OP, depending on your child's age, you may want to get him a cheap cell phone in case something like this happens.

I don't even know this woman's last name. She and ex are not married and I have only seen her one time before.

Op again. To clarify, I don't have the mom's number.

Op here: no intentions on being unkind to the kid. I set up a movie and toys for them to keep busy and try not to wake up my youngest, who's napping.
I wish I could call the kid's mom, since I'm sure she has no idea where her child is. The part that infuriates me is that he's probably doing the same thing to my child.

Poor 3 year old. I second the advice to call the mom.

I would call the kid's mom too. Let her know he did that. I think it would have been fine if he asked you and it was prearranged. If you do not have her contact information and cannot find it, I would text him that he has 20 minutes to pick up his kid or you are calling CPS. Keep the kids in the house with your husband prior to screaming at him.

Yes, please be kind to the innocent 3 yo. Call the mom if you can. Otherwise, make your unexpected guest feel welcome.

Where is the 3 year old's mother? Does she know where her child is? She must assume that the 3 year old is with the father.
How sad for all the kids.

Can you call the kids mom? Please be gentle here- that kid must be terrified and being in a house with strangers who are angry is even scarier.

I have a child from a previous relationship who lives with me, sole physical custody. Her dad has visitation every other week and we share legal custody. He is very inconsistent in his visitation pattern and his contact with my kid, in my opinion, it'snot to the benefit of my child, for many reasons.
Today he came by to bring her back after visitation and he dropped off his 3 year old too. I opened the door to find the two kids there, he yells from the car that he'll be back and drives off.
I don't know this kid and vice versa. I tried calling and he just said he's giving them time to play at my house. (Without asking me first.)
My husband is furious and wants the kid out. I want to scream.
