I worked at a similar school and they educated parents tried to fit in, but hated it and most moved away. Your child will probably be in the minority(having parents who are educated and concerned about education) and you won't feel comfortable allowing them to go on playdates.
I currently work in a school of 75% FARMs and applied for (and received) a COSA for my son to attend the school instead of our neighborhood one, because it's so much better. We have plenty of playdates and there are many, many parents who make their children's education a top priority. FARMs, ESOL and mobility don't mean everything.
