To ungroup the emails, go into settings (the little gear icon) and select "viewing emails." Deselect the box for enabling grouping. Easy fix.
Thank you! This is such a PITA!! I hate those "conversations"!! I've been losing emails, getting confused when someone replies because Yahoo groups the new response under the old email subject and I can't see that it's a new email!!
Who is the brainiac behind all these worthless changes to Yahoo? Oh, and what happened to the tabs at the top where you could keep several emails open at once!?? I loved that feature of Yahoo! Good, now gone!

Yahoo completely sucks now. Who runs that place?
I have a yahoo and a gmail account. I suggest you just switch slowly. I tell my closest friends to use my gmail and I am slowly expanding use of that account.
I don't trust yahoo anymore.
Marissa "anti-WAHM" Meyer.
she's an ex-googler..hence why yahoo under her tenure has become more 'googlish'....from mail, to changing their logo on yahoo!sites all the time, to their hiring policies

Has anyone actually used Verizon for email? If so, I'm curious what your experience is with it.
I'll look into outlook.com. Privacy is important, but I'm wondering if Verizon offers more privacy over the other "free" ones like gmail and yahoo -- anyone know?
I'm really tired of seeing all those ads for stuff I've searched on Target.com, Amazon, etc. pop up in my email. Does the same thing happen on Verizon? I imagine outlook.com has all those targeted ads too?
