We both max ours out, and DH is over 50 so contributes that "catch-up" overage as well.

It leaves us with little disposable income, to be honest. OTOH we are on track for retirement, and then some.

10%. We started at 5% and upped it one point every six months.

We both max ours out. It helps get our agi below the cap so that we can contribute to our Roth IRAs.

6% too. Became a mom after in life. 6% is the match, so that works best for now.
