I eat a lot of frozen burritos. I would mix the cheese, salsa, and some mashed beans together so it doesn't get watery. Maybe even heat this so the cheese melts. Rice or potatoes will absorb a little liquid, so leave that in.

Salsa no, just dip later. I also wonder if the cilantro would get wilted and bitter. Everything else would be fine I think.

I'd scratch the salsa since it is watery. If tortilla gets wet before getting frozen it won't defrost well. Plus, it will become mushier and more watery when it defrosts.

Can you tell me if these fillings will do ok for freezing?

Scrambled eggs
Salsa
Shredded cheese
Cooked black beans
Cilantro
Rice

I am planning on rolling them all up in tortilla and freeze. Making these for a friend who is going to have a baby soon- if the eater matters.
