possibly-- does your slowcooker automatically turn to warm? mine does.
I use my slowcooker 2-3 times a week. one of my 'go to' slow cooker recipes is chicken salsa--- chicken breasts, beans, sometimes corn, a can of salsa- voila.
I also have a greek chicken recipe that we really like with chicken thighs- but it does tend to overcook if I leave it all day.
