Beachbodys Power90 is a great beginner workout DVD. The moves are fairly easy to do or you could easily moderate the moves to your ability. Plus Tony Horton is the instructor and hes so cute!

Yes, I second Leslie Sansone! Very easy moves so you won't get to frustrated, and I think she has a nice personality on her videos too.

If you want to start out really easy, look into "Walk Away the Pounds" Leslie Sansone (?)

Just seeing if anyone can offer advice on DVDs for someone who hasn't worked out in awhile. I haven't worked out regularly in probably five years, when I did step aerobics, cardio pump and spinning 4-5 days a week. One other day I either walked in my neighborhood or did Pilates. I had an accident, hurt my back, did a lot of pt and feel better, but not 100 percent. Not sure I'll ever be back to 100 percent. In the meantime, I had a kid and now I'm really out of shape. I'm not huge (5'7'' and 150 pounds), but the last 15 or so have definitely come in the last couple years. I went on Amazon looking for workout videos and the choices are so overwhelming.

Can anyone offer firsthand knowledge of some good workouts that won't frustrate me too early? I know how to modify for lower impact, so it's fine if it's something high impact. Maybe I'll get there one day. Thoughts?
