Subject: What is the best/most unique thing about your house?
I love all the light and windows in our house. Over the years, many people have commented, "it smells good in here" upon entering. But, I never bake, don't have candles, or any scents since I'm sensitive. Don't know what it is, but apparently it's nice enough to make people comment.

Subject: What is the best/most unique thing about your house?
Well we're in a townhome, so not a lot truly unique about the architecture, lol! However, out location is great -- end of a quiet cul de sac, backs onto a wooded area with trails and back roads to Whole Foods 15 minutes away on foot, 3 minute walk to our community tennis and pool, 10 min drieve to schools, metro, restaurants and shopping galore, yet our community is quiet and friendly.

Subject: What is the best/most unique thing about your house?
We have awesome storage under the main staircase that leads upstairs. DH gave me a present of hiring a decorator just for that space, and she organized it and created shelving that helped. It is ALWAYS organized and I love it to pieces.
Also, we have a laundry chute!

Subject: What is the best/most unique thing about your house?
Park across the street in a quiet, safe neighborhood but 3/4 of a mile from restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Oh and a hot tub room designed to make it virtually impossible for kids to get into. It also has a small balcony overlooking back yard. Wish previous owners had been that safety conscious when putting in the outdoor pool. Now we just have a an eye sore of a fence cutting through the backyard.

Every contractor that has come into our house has commented on our stone fireplace. Apparently it's some sort of high end stone that covers the entire wall (sort of looks like a lodge). Thank you to the previous owners
The one thing we are missing is a proper walk in pantry, but I have a plan to add one soon.
Oh, and I wish we had a mud room with a door (because my living room has become a dumping ground for all kinds of sports gear, shoes, backpacks, etc.).

Its super cheap. We bought along time ago, and its small (1200 sq ft) and even though we are busting out of this place the neighborhood is ideal and our mortgage is 600 bucks a month.

That we have redone most of the first floor to make it our own - new kitchen, new flooring, new bath.
Plan to do the same on the second level, but we have run out of money for now. Have many great plans, though.
I also really do like our neighborhood - it's a throwback to another time.
