You can do everything in it! Seriously, the manual made it sound amazing. Alas, my crasty old TH wiring wasn't up to it, so we had to return (we didn't have the several hundred to rewire). But seriously they're supposed to be able to cook stuff well and quickly.

We're working on a kitchen remodel and I wanted double wall ovens. I've been hearing about having one of the ovens being a convection microwave.... I don't really understand what that is. Is it a microwave? Is it an oven? Is it both? Can I bake cookies in it? Can I nuke my water for some tea? Can I roast a chicken? Or, I guess that would go in the "real oven" ? If you have them, please tell me about it and what you use it for. Thanks!
