I didn't go to shady Grove for my RE, but you should be able to pick your pharmacy, especially if their 'preferred' pharmacy doesn't have the same services you should be getting! I feel like I have seen posts on DCUM re SG patients going to Freedom, so it can't be out if the question...

We're about to begin out first IVF cycle and I ran across a posting from someone here whose BCBS coverage included cycle meds. Low and behold, I called BCBS and although my medical coverage doesn't include fertility anything, my drug coverage does. I am having Shady Grove process the authorization tomorrow, but it all sounds too good to be true.

Has anyone had luck or experience with this and if so, what was the process?

Thank you!
