There is currently a season of What Not To Wear on Netflix and I am totally diggin it. It's really helpful and basic and visual for all body types and professional/casual situations.

OP, you might want to search the archives -- there was a thread on this sometime back which yielded several suggestions, including one for alreadypretty.com. I'll second the recommendation here. It's a great "real life" take on fashion; if you check it out, you're not gonna be wowed by the photos or the trend reporting (which you can get pretty much anywhere or just observe for yourself), but if you take the time to read a few posts (try browsing the "greatest hits" section), you'll find smart, thoughtful and accessible advice. She doesn't write about "what's on trend" so much as analyze fashion challenges that we all face -- even if we're not aware enough to articulate them. Examples: "dressing for emotionally significant events", "being intentional with black," "closet orphans." I'd call it the thinking woman's fashion blog, though others might call it fashion for wonks, but either way, I've found it useful in taking my wardrobe game up a notch.
