Op here. I went with the bagel idea. Love it. I am going to get fresh bagels in the morning. I will make salmon & cream cheese, cucumber pepper & spouts with herbed cream cheese and smoked turkey and cheese all cut in to thirds. There will be kids. Tons of fruit, a black bean/ veggie salad and mini cupcakes from whole foods. I don't have time to bake but the rest will be easy. Thanks so much all the other ideas are great too!!!!

a hearty salad like red potatoes with bacon, scallions, etc. or a roasted vegetable/squash salad with couscous and goat cheese crostinis or a pasta salad made with cheese tortellinis. Then some fruit and something for dessert.

I would get food from a kosher deli. Plus I would cut up tons of fruit and have a cookie tray.
