Dearest Moms of Arlington and DC!
A vitally important aspect of achieving success is remaining in good health. I have newly relocated my fitness and nutrition company, Balance in Motion, LLC, in the DC/Arlington area and would like to extend to Moms in the area a promotion for up to 15% OFF any fitness or nutrition package for the month of October.
I am a strong believer that maintaining a healthy level of activity and weight management are more about overcoming obstacles than pushing weights around in a gym or running on a treadmill. I also understand the time constraints of being a mother in today's society. But just as work and other mom-responsibilities must get done, good health must be sustained.
